Aspen
Acres and Aspen Mountain consists of 433 privately owned lots in
2 contigous subdivisions ranging in size from 0.5 to 1 acre in a
beautiful mountain setting located in Weber Canyon. The common area
incudes 16 acres on the Weber River and the Smith-Morehouse reservoir
is just a few miles away. Weber Canyon is adjecent to 100 of acres
of National Forest land providing plenty of open space for all types

area is gated year round with access by snowmobile or snowshoes
in the winter. The subdivision features a gated private parking
area for owners.

ARE THE HOMEOWNER ASSOCIATION DUES AND WHAT DO THEY COVER?
The
Homeowner Association dues are $400 per year and cover water, general
operation and road maintenance.
WHAT KIND
OF NATURAL VEGETATION IS IN THE AREA?
Mostly
aspens with some pines and plenty of wildflowers in the summer.

ELECTRICITY?
All
of the lots have power to the property line.

majority of the lots have paid the water connection fee of $5000.

No
gas lines are installed, residents use propane. Yes, phone lines
are in place.

ACRES/ASPEN MOUNTAIN ZONED FOR HORSES?
Yes,
horses are allowed but only if you are staying on your property.
The Homeowner Association discourages leaving them unattended.
WHAT KIND
OF ROADS ARE THERE?
All
of the roads within the project are gravel/dirt and are accessible
by a 2 wheel drive car in the summer.

WHAT ARE
THE VIEWS LIKE?
While
the views from each lot are different, most views are of the pine
covered mountains across the way and up the canyon. Some lots have
river views.
IN WHAT
SCHOOL AND FIRE DISTRICT IS THE PROPERTY?
The
area is located within the boundaries of the South Summit School
district and the Summit County Fire District. A fire station is
conveniently located at the base of the canyon in Oakley.
