Yes. The Home Owners Association is providing year round access on the main road through the subdivision. There is also an additional plowing association which provides year round access to anyone that wants it, for an additional fee.
HOW MUCH ARE THE HOMEOWNER ASSOCIATION DUES AND WHAT DO THEY COVER?
The Homeowner's Association dues are between $250.00 and $450.00 per year and they cover daily operations and general road maintenance.

Mostly aspens and pines, with some oak and maple trees, as well as an abundance of wild flowers.

There is an $1207 water connection fee for the actual connection to the Pine Meadow Mutual Water Co. System. There are additional impact fees of $5000 which is a one-time fees with the purpose of raising revenue for new or expanding facilities, a portion of these fees may be refundable after construction is complete. On some lots these fees have already been paid.
ARE GAS AND PHONE LINES INSTALLED?
No. Most residents use propane gas and cell phones.
IS PINE MEADOW RANCH AND FOREST MEADOW RANCH ZONED FOR HORSES?
It is zoned for horses, however some areas of the ranch may not permit it.
WHAT KIND OF ROADS ARE THERE?
All of the roads within the project are gravel and are accessible by 2 wheel drive car in the summer. During the winter months a 4WD is recommended on roads that are plowed.
HOW FAR IS PINE AND FOREST MEADOW RANCH FROM SALT LAKE CITY?
