Pine
Mountain is located several miles up Weber Canyon on the right side
of the road, it features entrances on the east and west sides of
the project.
IS THE AREA ACCESSABLE
ON A YEAR ROUND BASIS?
The
area is gated year round with access by snowmobile or snowshoes
in the winter.
HOW MUCH ARE THE HOMEOWNER
ASSOCIATION DUES AND WHAT DO THEY COVER?
The
Homeowner Association dues are $300 per year for a cabin or $200
per year for a lot and cover general operation and road maintenance.
WHAT KIND OF NATURAL
VEGETATION IS IN THE AREA?
Pine
Mountain features abundant majestic pines and plenty of mature aspens.
WHAT ABOUT ELECTRICITY?
All
of the lots have power to the property line.
ARE FEES INVOLVED
WITH HOOKING UP THE WATER?
The
Homeowner Association charges a $25 fee for the name change on the
water rights.
ARE GAS AND PHONE
LINES INSTALLED?
No
gas lines are installed, residents use propane. Yes, phone lines
are in place.
IS PINE MOUNTAIN ZONED
FOR HORSES?
Yes,
horses are welcome. The common area features a large horse pasture
for property owners and boarding is available for the summer.
WHAT KIND OF ROADS
ARE THERE?
All
of the roads within the project are gravel/dirt and are accessible
by a 2 wheel drive car in the summer
HOW FAR IS PINE MOUNTAIN
FROM SALT LAKE CITY?
About
one hour.
WHAT ARE THE VIEWS
LIKE?
While
the views from each lot are different, most views are of the mountains
across the way and valley.
IN WHAT SCHOOL AND
FIRE DISTRICT IS THE PROPERTY?
The
area is located within the boundaries of the South Summit School
District and the Summit County Fire District. A fire station is
conveniently located at the base of the canyon in Oakley.
