Park City and Beyond ..
Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Mike is a graduate of Penn State University where he earned a B.S. degree in Mathematical Science. Mike discovered Park City in 1994 and worked as a ski patroller at the Park City Mountain Resort and for the U.S. Forest Service in the High Uintas. He launched his real estate career in 2005 and immediately focused on recreational property with a special interest in riverfront properties. His personal recreational interests which include skiing, mountain biking, motorcycling, and fly fishing, are an excellent complement to his real estate activities. Mike and his wife, Nicole, their two children and their two retrievers split time between Sugarhouse and Timberlakes where he has been an officer on the Board of the Timberlakes Property Owners Association and a volunteer for the Timberlakes First Responders organization. He also has supported the Nature Conservancy Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation and Trout Unlimited. Active in all areas of Park City real estate, Mike particularly enjoys working with buyers who want to find that special property “beyond the city limits.”
We actually worked with Tim, one of Jeff’s agents. Tim was professional and found us exactly want we were looking for (a cabin close to Smith and Morehouse). Jeff did have to get involved at our closing because one of the owners in the family trust was reluctant the sign the closing paperwork. Jeff came down from Park City and reassured the gentleman and he signed.
Jeff and his staff (particularly Gene) were tremendously helpful in getting our family a dream property that we can build a cabin. We were impressed with this company and their ability to find us exactly what we were looking for. I would recommend them to anyone in the future!
Gene Morrello was outstanding. Throughout the process, I would text him an address I found in Zillow, and he would respond immediately with a quick synopsis. This was impressive as I know he had no time to look it up. But what truly brought this to the level of amazement, was that whilst skiing I would oft meet other realtors, and in the ensueing convo, would mention some addresses. Most of the responses were, “where is that?” Gene knew where it was, what it was, what it wasn’t, and…
Jeff and his staff not only made our deadline in which we wanted to sell our beautiful wooded lot located in Canyon Rim Ranches. They made the transaction very easy for us. Thanks to all at High Country Properties.
Thank you so much! Tim and Ava were wonderful to work with. I’ll recommend you guys to all my friends.
Jeff Camp’s associate Tim Whetsel with High Country Properties quickly responded to my inquiries, set up viewings, and arranged multiple visits to the lot we purchased as part of our due diligence process. He was extremely patient and helpful with our decision making process. The lots we looked at were in an area where there’s no cell reception. This required special attention on Tim’s part to schedule visits, meetings with contractors, and to provided access to the lot (gated HOA).…
Exceptional service and very knowledgable of the area. I would very much use their services again in the future. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend High Country to anyone looking to purchase in Wasatch County. I am very happy.
Jeff and his team have been excellent to work with. He is a master of the area. The property we listed is a cabin in the mountains. He has handled everything seamlessly from start to finish!
“Just bought a property outside of Park City. My agent was actually Chad Logan and he was very knowledgeable about the area. We loved him. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for affordable land in Wasatch area. Helped me through the entire process including all the specifics regarding water rights and HOA.”
High Country Properties keeps you informed on other properties that come up for sell in your area so you can at least compare your property to others. They also let you know when other real estate agents show your property and give you feedback from prospective buyers
