Jonathan epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work, and creative service in every detail of your real estate transaction. Jonathan grew up in the Midwest and developed his work ethic early in life; at the age of 12 he bought a newspaper route and quickly grew the customer base from 30 households to over 50. As a teenager he played a key part in his family’s real estate investment business doing renovations, property flips, and care taking. Jonathan went on to get his bachelors degree in Business Administration and started a leasing and property management company while in school to help him pay for his education.
Jonathan moved to Park City to enjoy everything that the mountains had to offer. When Jonathan isn’t writing contracts and showing homes, he loves to explore Utah. Although he has more hobbies than he likes to admit, you can usually find him out on the slopes all winter, and in the summer he splits his free time between mountain biking on the world famous Park City trails, and wakeboarding on the beautiful Jordanelle Reservoir.
Jonathan was raised on real estate. He has been involved in all aspects, from planning and new construction, to buying and selling, and even flipping houses and acquiring rental properties. Jonathan uses his experience and foresight to proactively address details before they become an issue. Jonathan also knows how important communication is and will be there every step of the way from the first phone call all the way to the closing.
My husband and I were looking for retirement property in the Midway, Utah area. We relied on Chad for his advice since we are currently living in Memphis, Tennessee. He spent several days with me when I visited Utah, showing me close to sixty properties (we were only interested in land to later build a home on). During the negotiation process and due diligence process, Chad answered countless emails and texts from us. In the end, we bought the property and look forward to spending …
Hi Jeff, Just wanted to say thank you for everything. We love our cabin. Robert and I are very pleased with you and Chad, High Country Properties made this experience very easy.
We actually worked with Tim, one of Jeff’s agents. Tim was professional and found us exactly want we were looking for (a cabin close to Smith and Morehouse). Jeff did have to get involved at our closing because one of the owners in the family trust was reluctant the sign the closing paperwork. Jeff came down from Park City and reassured the gentleman and he signed.
I have worked with High Country Properties for 10 years. Whether you are looking for a condo/home in Park City or a mountain retreat outside of Park City the Jeff and his team offers a no nonsense approach when it comes to buying/selling real estate.
I was very impressed with High Country Properties, Their team knows the Summit County and Wasatch County area very well. They are focused on finding you the right property and not just trying to make a sale
Gene was great and made everything nice and easy.
Jeff and his team have been excellent to work with. He is a master of the area. The property we listed is a cabin in the mountains. He has handled everything seamlessly from start to finish!
Gene Morrello was outstanding. Throughout the process, I would text him an address I found in Zillow, and he would respond immediately with a quick synopsis. This was impressive as I know he had no time to look it up. But what truly brought this to the level of amazement, was that whilst skiing I would oft meet other realtors, and in the ensueing convo, would mention some addresses. Most of the responses were, “where is that?” Gene knew where it was, what it was, what it wasn’t, and…
Jeff patiently helped us look for a few years for a home in Park City, and helped us even define what we were looking for. The fact that he has been active in real estate in the area for many years showed. We would strongly recommend Jeff.
Exceptional service and very knowledgable of the area. I would very much use their services again in the future. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend High Country to anyone looking to purchase in Wasatch County. I am very happy.
