Located on Pinion Lane and easily accessed from Weber Canyon Road, Oakley City Trail Park offers a nice mix of hiking/equestrian only, multi-use single track, multi-use double track, and motorized/non-motorized trails, as well as a bike park with plenty of areas to hone your skills. With trails ranging in difficulty from green circle/easy to black diamond/difficult, this is the perfect place to enjoy beautiful summer weather with the entire family.
For another challenge, consider heading up Oakley Trail Access Road and park at the Oakley and Seymore Trail parking lot to access the Oakley Trail Loop. This 5.6 mile loop trail includes the Oakley Trail Overlook, the Oakley Ridge Trail, the Seymore Traverse Trail, and the Seymore Canyon Trail. This loop is rated Black Diamond for mountain biking, with multi-use single track trails that run in both directions. For hikers, the majority of this loop is rated blue/moderate, but that the Seymore Traverse Trail offers a nice respite about half way through with green/easy rated terrain.
