Quarry Village boasts a location difficult to beat, centrally located 20 minutes from Salt Lake City and 15 minutes from Park City’s historic Main Street. Situated on the other side of I-80, opposite Jeremy Ranch, Quarry Village is a perfect location for businesses that want to cater to Jeremy Ranch, Pinebrook, and Summit Park Residents. Residents enjoy shopping close to home and avoiding the traffic at Kimball Junction and downtown.
Salt Lake Valley residents are benefiting from Quarry Village as well. Unlike many businesses in Park City proper, Quarry Village boasts a shorter commute from Salt Lake and ample parking, an attractive combination drawing employees up the canyon. In addition to the existing commercial space, BEPC Holdings LLC holds entitlements from an additional 47,000 square feet set aside for four commercial lots. Office space is expected to fill this space, providing more services to residents and daily commuters. Quarry Springs, a new residential development, is also in the works. This project will bring an additional 68 townhouse-style condo units to the area.
