The area is gated year round with access by snowmobile or snowshoes in the winter. There are also a few lots in the Aspen Mountain portion that enjoy year round access. The subdivision features a gated private parking area for owners.

HOW MUCH ARE THE HOMEOWNER ASSOCIATION DUES AND WHAT DO THEY COVER?
The Homeowner Association dues average $425 per year and cover water, general operation, and road maintenance.

WHAT KIND OF NATURAL VEGETATION IS IN THE AREA?
Vegetation in Weber Canyon is mostly aspen trees with some pines, and plenty of wildflowers in the summer.

Yes, horses are allowed but only if you are staying on your property. The Homeowner Association discourages leaving them unattended.

WHAT KIND OF ROADS ARE THERE?
All of the roads within the project are gravel/dirt and are accessible by a 2 wheel drive car in the summer.

This area of Weber Canyon is about 45 minutes from Salt Lake City, Utah.

WHAT ARE THE VIEWS LIKE?
While the views from each lot are different, most views are of the pine covered mountains across the way and up the canyon. Some lots have river views.

The area is located within the boundaries of the South Summit School district and the Summit County Fire District. A fire station is conveniently located at the base of the canyon in Oakley, Utah.
