WHAT IS PINE MOUNTAINS?
Pine Mountains is an exclusive gated community, nestled in beautiful Weber Canyon, Utah. Pine Mountains consists of 478 privately owned lots, ranging in size from 0.5 to 3.0 acres. The area is gated year round with access by snowmobile or snowshoes in the winter.

Yes, horses are welcome. The common area features a large horse pasture for property owners’ horses, available in the summer.
WHAT KIND OF ROADS ARE THERE?
All of the roads within the project are gravel/dirt and are accessible by a 2 wheel drive car in the summer.
